System Driven Transformation (SDT) – 1 hr webinar

Goal of Agile transformations is to create sustainable self organized systems that deliver value to all the stake holders, operating within values defined in Agile Manifesto.
It is about BEING Agile rather than DOING Agile. Today, frameworks (like scrum, Kanban, SAFE, LESS etc) have been driving these transformations rather than the needs of the system, hence we experience the gap in realising real value of transformation.
Somewhere, the systemic view has gone missing and there is a need to bring it centre stage.
Our previous webinar was an attempt to bring the focus back to basics and understand what it truly means to be Agile. We shared our philosophy of “Frameworks Agnostic Agile” and heard your thoughts on the same.
This webinar focuses on the approach built on the philosophy of “Frameworks Agnostic Agile” – System Driven Transformation (SDT).  SDT is not a framework, instead a working approach like Test Driven Development.

Who can join?

Anyone who has worked with or intends to work with Agile – coaches, managers, team members.

Duration : 1 Hour

Date: 11th March 2016
Time: 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm
Mode – Online – Invite to a video call will be sent after registration.
