Gunjan Zutshi

Gunjan is an organization development and change practitioner with over 24 years of experience. Before starting her consulting practice, her last assignment was as senior vice president for Talent Management in a large ITES company.

She has worked with senior leadership teams for system wide change interventions to build leadership effectiveness, create desired culture, vision and values, talent and performance management, competency framework design and learning & development.

As an accredited coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation, she coaches  mid/senior level executives and start up founders in areas ranging from role transitions, leadership styles, managing teams, interpersonal and personal effectiveness.

She is a certified Organisation Development and Change Practitioner (ODCP) from Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) and a practicing psychotherapist currently completing her advanced training in Transactional Analysis (Psychotherapy).

Deepak Dhananjaya

Deepak is a versatile and experienced professional with over a decade in Agile space as developer, technical expert, manager, process consultant and now as co creator of AgileSattva. Having worked for many years on Agile transformations, he firmly believes that goal of Agile is to create self sustained, self organised and self reliable systems. Its about “Being Agile” rather than “Doing Agile”.

Though he has extensive experience of using Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, he believes that approaching transformation/coaching using systemic lens is more effective instead of retro-fitting the existing frameworks. He also believes that the system (team/organisation) should drive the Agile Transformation. These believes led him to develop System Driven Transformation (SDT) approach for Agile transformations along with his colleague and co creator of AgileSattva.

He is ACC level coach certified from ICF. He is also Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) in psychotherapy field, and has a private practice in Bangalore.

Sailaja Manacha, PCC , is a psychotherapist  and Transformational Coach  working with  senior Management and Leadership teams. She has worked with Leaders in the IT, Telecom and BPO industries as well as social entrepreneurs.

She, has been working since 2010 with the focus of Women and Leadership  both within the corporate space and outside of it. She has been running women only transformational groups and workshops focusing on building their capacity and presence. She also offers women leadership webinars partnering with colleagues from around the world!
